We’ll start with a free phone consultation and/or an on site property consultation. You’ll share your requirements with us, your expectations, or ask us anything.
This step involves initial concept design, costing, and planning. We’ll provide you with a complete proposal of overall costs based on the scope of your project.
Once you approve the design, We’ll start creating the design documents for your project. You’ll receive preliminary documentation to allow for modifications. If you’re satisfied with our design, we’ll produce architecture and engineering documents to submit to the city for a building permit. When the permit is being processed the design team will plan and coordinate with the build team to prepare for the next steps.
Once all architectural plans are complete, we’ll come and begin construction. We'll provide a comprehensive phasing of the construction and coordinate all inspections and consultants. You just need to sit back and see the magic happen.
