What we ask of every trade partner
- General liability insurance (ROAM Builders Inc. as additional insured, primary & non-contributory, waiver of subrogation)
- Workers' compensation coverage per California law (or a written exemption if you have no employees)
- Commercial auto insurance ($1M combined single limit)
- A completed W-9
- An active CSLB license and license bond for your trade
