How we handle your information.

This notice describes how ROAM Design Studio LLC and ROAM Builders Inc ("ROAM") handle information submitted through roamdesignbuilders.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your email address and message, plus the page you submitted from and campaign attribution parameters (such as UTM tags) if your visit carried them.
• Trade partner application & contractor onboarding: your company name, contact name, email, phone, trade, and contractor license number from the application; and — if approved and onboarded — your business address, website, entity type, federal EIN, tax forms (W-9), insurance certificates, license bond documents, and electronic-signature records (including the signer's name, title, IP address, and timestamp). This information is transferred to ROAM's project-management portal, used to evaluate your company and administer insurance, tax, license, and contract compliance for project work, and retained for as long as legal and contractual obligations require. EIN and tax documents are restricted to staff who administer compliance.
• Rebuild Roadmap: the roadmap runs on a dedicated ROAM system with its own consent choices, presented within the roadmap itself.
• We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and Sentry for error monitoring. With your consent, PostHog may set analytics storage so we can understand site usage. This site currently sets no advertising cookies or pixels.

How we use it

Inquiry information is used to respond to you and is stored in ROAM's inquiry-management system. We do not sell your information. Submitting the contact form or a trade partner application does not enroll you in marketing messages.

To request correction or deletion of information you've submitted, email us or call (213) 922-0203 and we will process the request through our established privacy procedures.
