Licensing
ROAM Builders Inc. holds California Contractors State License Board license #1151324 and provides construction and general contracting. ROAM Design Studio LLC provides residential design, drafting, permit planning and processing, and selected construction administration and project management services; it is not a licensed contractor. Each company works under its own agreement. You can verify a contractor's license at the CSLB website. ROAM is not affiliated with the CSLB, the State of California, Los Angeles County, the City of Los Angeles, or the City of Malibu.
