Is the rebuild roadmap a bid or feasibility determination?
No. It is an educational planning tool that helps organize next steps and questions. It is not a contract, permit determination, final design, cost estimate, schedule guarantee, or legal, insurance, or financial advice.
Do I need to have every insurance or permitting question resolved?
No. The intake is designed to show what is known and what still needs to be resolved. Do not submit policy numbers, financial credentials, or confidential claim documents.
Can I request an in-office consultation?
Yes. Complete the roadmap first, then use the consultation step to request an available time. ROAM reviews the project context and confirms the meeting.
Does starting a roadmap enroll me in marketing messages?
No. The roadmap separates the requested service messages from optional email or text marketing consent. You choose any optional communication separately.
