Conceptualize
Initial concept design, planning, and a preliminary budget to help you weigh scope, materials, and priorities. Preliminary budgets guide planning; construction pricing is set in ROAM Builders Inc.'s project-specific proposal and agreement.
Design documentation
Once you approve the design, ROAM Design Studio LLC prepares the design, permit, and planning documents and submits them to the governing agencies. While permits are in review, the design and construction teams coordinate on pricing and planning.
Construction
ROAM Builders Inc. plans the construction phasing, schedules inspections, and coordinates with your project's consultants. You stay involved through selections, decisions, and site walkthroughs, with regular updates as the work progresses.
