Privacy notice

This notice explains the data practices for the ROAM Rebuild Roadmap.

Information we collect

We collect the contact, property, rebuild-stage, goals, consent choices, appointment information, and campaign source information you submit. We also collect limited technical data needed for security, fraud prevention, and service measurement.

How we use it

We use your information to save, prepare, and deliver the roadmap, respond to your request, schedule a consultation, operate and protect the service, and—only when you separately choose—to send marketing email or text updates.

Sharing and systems

Qualified prospects may be handed to ROAM's Parametric Module System. Active clients may later be provisioned in ROAM Portal. Service providers process data under ROAM's instructions. ROAM does not sell survivor lists.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing email, reply STOP to marketing texts, and request access, correction, or deletion at [email protected]. Some project, security, legal, or transaction records may need to be retained.

Security and retention

ROAM uses access controls, encryption, logging, and limited retention. No internet system is perfectly secure. Drafts and private roadmap links expire after 30 days.
