- Prior plans, assessor records, surveys, title or ownership authority, and property photographs.
- Debris, soil, utility, septic or sewer, tree, topography, and site-access information.
- Insurance and funding correspondence at a status level—do not upload policy numbers or bank credentials here.
- Household program, accessibility needs, preferred timing, and decision participants.
