No. It is an educational starting point based on self-reported information and dated sources.
Do I need every document before starting?
No. Bring what you have; the roadmap helps identify which gaps matter next.
Will ROAM contact me?
ROAM may respond to the roadmap or consultation you request. Marketing email and SMS require separate unchecked consent and can be stopped at any time.
When does information move to PMS or Portal?
A qualified lead moves to PMS for design planning only through a staff-controlled handoff. Portal is provisioned only after staff confirms an active client; raw prospects never receive Portal accounts.
How long does my private link work?
The roadmap link and unfinished draft expire after 30 days. You can download the PDF before then.
